What's draining your energy?
How did you feel when you woke up this morning?
I bounced out of bed, rested and ready to take on the world!
I felt fine physically but didn’t feel excited about what the day had in store for me.
Stressed and overwhelmed by how many things I had to do today.
Completely exhausted. I could have slept for another 6 hours.

The elevator at work is broken, and you have to climb five flights of stairs. How do you feel when you get to the top?
A little out of breath but pumped by the dopamine hit from a burst of physical activity. Thought about continuing to Level 10!
Indifferent. This kind of thing happens to me a lot.
Dripping with sweat, breathless, and a little nauseous.
Angry about the elevator being broken and frustrated that nobody has been called to fix it yet.

You made a mistake at work. How are you most likely to respond?
Mistakes happen - it's part of the learning process, and I’ve already identified a gift or opportunity that has arisen as a result of the error.
I doubt anyone will even notice. Not sure why this even needs to get done.
Now, I need to do everything over again, and I’m so tired that I just don’t think I have the energy.
I’m such an idiot. I always make stupid mistakes like this. I shouldn't even have this job.

Your boss asks you to complete a task at very short notice. What is your response?
I’ll check in to confirm the deadline alongside other priorities and then eliminate distractions so I can complete the task as efficiently as possible.
Sure, whatever. I’ll get it done. I always do.
Get started but get distracted repeatedly, making the task take longer than it should have.
Are they for real? How dare they disrupt my day because of their poor planning?

What’s for dinner tonight?
Whatever is on my meal plan. I plan my meals out at the beginning of the week to ensure I get enough protein and a wide range of fruits and vegetables.
Probably cereal or something easy. I'm not that interested.
We might have to resort to takeout tonight, as it's been such a busy day, and I'm too tired to cook.
No idea. Just something else on my overflowing list of things to do today.

It’s 9 pm at the end of an extremely busy day. Which of the following are you most likely to do?
Complete my evening routine, which may include taking a bath, reading, or mindfulness exercises.
I’m not really sure. It depends on how I’m feeling that day.
Break out the cookies or chocolate and relax in front of the TV.
Complete the mountain of never-ending tasks that still need to be completed around the house.

If you could wave a magic wand, which of the following would you wish most for?
Nothing. I love my life and have the energy and resources to do everything that I want to.
More clarity on my purpose in life.
More time, so I can exercise and sleep, alongside everything else that I have to do each day.
More money, as that would make everything easier.

Which of the following best describes your life circumstances?
I am the driver in my life. I am clear on my purpose, have honed my daily actions and behaviors, and I feel a sense of accomplishment when I achieve my goals.
I’m just going with the flow and trying to keep my head down.
I am at the mercy of everyone around me and constantly trying to keep up.
When I compare myself to others, I feel like I’m always falling short.
